Overview of Rules and Regulations
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
Speed limit is 5 miles per hour
No Fireworks
Parking must be confined to your lot, (not on the road)
Campfires must be in an approved fire-ring
Campsites must be kept clean and orderly at all times
Changes additions and outbuildings must be approved by the management
Carports will be allowed over the camper only
No smoking within 20 ft. of Mill Springs buildings of facilities
No loud, offensive, aggressive or disruptive behavior
No metal fasteners in trees No ATV, Gators, Mules etc.
Golf carts are allowed but must first furnish copy of insurance to the office
Golf cart operators must be accompanied by a permitted/licensed driver
No golf carts operated during quiet hours
Limit of two dogs allowed per campsite Dogs must be on a leash at all times
No guest dogs
No tent camping No sleeping/camping in cars, trucks or vehicles
Pool is for members only, guest & visitors must pay daily use fee.
